Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, can also be considered one of the typical dishes Vietnam cuisine. Pho is the main component of noodles and broth (or broth in a way called the South) with beef or chicken sliced thin. Also accompanying condiments such as soy sauce, pepper, lime juice, fish sauce, chili ... These spices are added depending on the taste of each user. Noodle dishes usually as eating breakfast in the morning or night, but in the big cities are enjoying dishes throughout the day. The southern provinces of Vietnam and some other regions are displayed noodle plate table includes the herbs such as onions, the price and the coriander leaves, basil, coriander which is characteristic of pho leaves; however in Hanoi does not have this raw vegetables disc. Currently pho has become famous around the world, we can say in Korean as Pho is becoming one of the most favorite dishes, or in the US can easily find one at every noodle shop city...

Mi Quang is a signature dish of Quang Nam, Vietnam, along with high food upstairs.
Today, when it comes to pasta Quang not necessarily talking about special dishes of Quang Nam - Da Nang which refers to a dish typical of the central general. Quang noodles are usually made from rice flour noodles with pulverization and coated in layers of wafers, then move horizontally to approximately 2mm thin noodles. Noodles made of wheat flour is mixed with some additives to achieve crispness, toughness. Under layers of bread are assorted vegetables, lean pork on noodles, shrimp, chicken broth with stewed from pork bones are. They also add more dry roasted peanuts and retired stamp, chopped green onions, herbs, red pepper ... Usually very little water.

I live in Vietnam and there are a lot of traffic problems in big cities in my country. Firstly, there are too many people using the roads especially in the rush hour when people run out to work and school or get home from those places. Secondly, there are too many vehicles on the road that leads to traffic jams. Another problem is that many roads are narrow and bumpy. Fourthly, there are traffic accidents every day so a lot of people lose their lives or are injured. So in order to travel on the roads safely, I think we should obey the traffic rules and traffic signs as well. Moreover, carefulness is very necessary.

Nowadays, English is an international language, and most young people are learning this language with the hope of being able to communicate with people on over the world. English has become a compulsory subject at most schools, and a lot of people go to foreign language teaching centers to improve their skills. Learning English is not just limited in memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but it is also a process of training and improving listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill. We should focus on these four elements, because each skill will have the necessary content to complement the other three. We improve our speaking skill if we can listen to and understand what people say; and if we can master our vocabulary and grammar, we can write and read easily. Apart from spending the time to prace, we also need to be creative in learning English. Textbooks at schools and English-teaching centers are just basic steps, so we need to be proactive in finding more resources. There are a lot of movies, music and books written in English nowadays, and we can learn a lot from them. In short, learning English is a long process, but it will be easier if we can find the right and effective ways to learn.

Nowadays, English plays an important role in our life. It's widely used all over the world and It's very interesting. There are many effective ways to learn English. For me, I have to learn vocabulary, grammar and I have to practise 4 skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking.Firstly, I learn by heart the new words. I make a list and put it in the meaning in my mother language. Sometimes, I write one or two example sentences with new words in order to remember how to use the words in the right way.Secondly, I often listen to the CD, news, English songs and watch English cartoon on Disney Channel about one hour a day to improve my listening skill. Finally, I prace speaking English with my friends, my English teacher and my brother to develop my speaking skill. I spend much time studying English at school as well as at home. To sum up, I always try my best to learn English, I hope I can read, write, listen and speak better in the future.

The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.

My favourite food in my neighbourhood is bun cha. It's very delicous. I often eat it with my family in our day off. Everytime I eat it, I always feel happy. You should eat it many times in your life to taste bun cha.

Des Moines is the capital of Iowa. Life here is upbeat but not too busy. Everyone that is born and raised in Iowa is very relaxed and kind. We love to say hi and help one another and we love cars. Generally, traffic is pretty good. We don't have a lot of traffic jams. However, during rush hours, you cannot move an inch on the interstate because everyone is trying to get on and off. This usually creates chaos and a huge traffic jam. In Des Moines, we have all kinds of jobs, from white to blue-collar jobs. Inside downtown, we usually have white-collar jobs. The father away from downtown, the more blue-collar jobs we have. Due to the huge population of immigrants, the city of Des Moines is also very diverse. This diversion births a hub of mulultural foods. Driving down Douglas Ave, you can see different kinds of foods from many cultures, such as Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian, Hispanic, American, Indian, Burmese, etc. One day you can have Chinese, the next day Indian. In Iowa, Des Moines is the most diverse and busiest city. It houses many families from many different countries and still able to keep American culture and values.
